I don't how the ratings are decided or how accurate the methodology is but many of those girls are fairly obscure or relative inactive or years away from the "peak". Some of the top girls: Janine Habeck, Iga Wyrwal, Svetlana Pashchenko/Felicity Fey, and Janet Lupo? While very beautiful, you have a Playmate from the 70s and some flashes in the pan from the last decade or beyond. If you compare this list to the top rated/ranked girls at say Pornhub or even theNude.eu, you would get a very different list.

Papi - this is a babe rating site. They put two pics up and you select which one you like better. So there are black women on the site, but if they don't win enough matchups they won't be rated in the top 100.

Be careful though as I was rating some of the pics, a couple scary looking ones came up. I would adjust the settings to eliminate the chances of seeing one of them.
