Recreational use of ED meds

Livin my inner redneck
I received a pm from a gentleman asking how my experiments with different doses of the ED meds went. Here is how I answered in case any of you are considering something similar.

Hey _____, happy to give you my thoughts. In case I didn't mention it in my first post, I don't really have any ED issues but was trying to go for multiple rounds. My first experiments were to split a 100mg "generic" viagra for a 50mg dose. I borrowed these from a friend who got them online from India. They worked well with no side effects. I was able to achieve multiple erections over 6 hours. The 2nd and 3rd orgasms took longer to achieve but that's not all bad. I have not really tried for three in recent outings even if I can... it can be taxing on my other muscles though I'm in pretty good shape.

About 2 months ago I went to a urologist, told a little white lie, and he prescribed Revatio which is the same active ingredient in viagra. They come in 20mg pills. I have achieved solid, multiple erections at the 20mg dose but tend to take 2 for a 40mg dose. Seems to work as well as the 50mg of the generic viagra. The Revatio was very inexpensive. $64 for a bottle, 90 pills, so $1.40 per pill, for me, less than $3 per multiple erections if desired.

I have no scientific basis for this opinion but I would recommend finding a good local urologist and tell the "little white lie" of having ED to see if he will prescribe the Revatio. I'd also recommend starting with the lowest dose that works.

(Added note) For those worried about the significant other finding the Revatio, its primary, labeled used is a blood pressure medicine, which is how Viagra was discovered. Good luck and happy hunting.

I've also bought generic viagra from alldaychemist, a reputable indian pharmacy I've been ordering from > 10 years. I get the 100 mg pills...I never take more than one...They enhance my experience significantly in terms of getting harder and possibly going more..I don't need them, but if I'm spending the money and effort on a girl, I want to perform as best I can.

"$64 for a bottle, 90 pills, so $1.40 per pill"

Your math is backwards...should be 71 cents per pill.

As soon as I finish up the last of my India generics I plan on switching to Revatio. Good thing we have the same urologist. :)

Thanks for detailing your experiences. I’m glad there are alternatives to generic viagra. I’m glad the alternatives seem to work well too.

To anyone who used the garbage from India and the real Viagra from Pfizer there is no comparison. Viagra does 2 things for me: I get a hard on that makes steel seem flimsy and the second go round can happen after 15 minutes, which at age 60 is pretty good and which rakes an hour without. This is on 1/2 of a 50 mg pill. So 25 mg, turns back my clock from 60 to 30. Cool doctor, great health plan means I get 10 50 mg a month for $10.00. Don't you guys have doctors?

Skibum - Yes we have doctors but medicare does not cover ED meds. without insurance a single dose of 100mg Viagra can cost over $60.

I've personally had great results with the Indian medicine, for instance one is Zenagra which is FDA approved. Admittedly it isn't as strong as name brand Viagra, but it serves me well. https://www.performanceinsiders.com/zene…

that review site isn't the most legit...but I've done my research over the years and used it. I just read that Canadian generic viagra is available now, I might have to try that if I can get an Rx....The nice thing about the indian pharmacy is they give zero fucks about a prescription.

Happy to share. It is a topic I don’t talk about outside this forum, for obvious reasons.

Good question Random, but no, my regular doc wouldn’t prescribe because Revatio is labeled for an uncommon type of blood pressure, can’t remember the exact diagnosis but it isn’t the typical type. The white lie I told the Urologist was that I had ED symptoms - trouble getting a first erection. I didn’t tell him that I was trying for multiple erections/orgasms per recreational session. He offered the Revatio option as the least expensive solution per erection. The little pharmacy in his bldg complex filled it while I waited.
