  For dudes like you and I that are getting a little older, I recommend not ejaculating at least 1 day before sex. For me, sex is so much better when I do that. I can last 3 minutes instead of 2.

  On the real you should check your blood sugar level and blood pressure. At your age you shouldn't have any dick problems sure signs of blood sugar and blood pressure being way too high. Might want to try intermittent fasting it has done wonders for me and my dick has never been harder
