i've had a few girls say this to me after having gotten off in the friction room. i usually hug 'em with some sort of affection after being done. anyway d those few actually said "ok ok haha cool but please don't die on me." one time one of them worked me so hard that when leaving that room the bouncer even noticed and asked if i was ok.

Seriously, though, I specifically started chasing tail again in summer 2016 cause I knew the desire to be physically fit enough to fuck well would be the incentive I needed to keep up with a work out routine.
find a walking trail and start using it. it's gonna be really fucking embarrassing if you have a heart attack in a strip club, and even more embarrassing if you don't actually die
