Within that topic some mention ladies from the past they thought were way up there. Got me to thinking of my first "crush". Some here might not even know what a "crush" is, "a brief but intense infatuation for someone, especially someone unattainable or inappropriate." which is often associated with adolescents.
So name your first childhood crush.
Few here will know of my two. I pick two because I was about 10 or 11 and don't recall which was first. In alphabetical order, Yvette Mimieux and Gloria Winters. I guess I had yet to discover the exotic Asian woman.
Extra credit to anyone that knows them WITHOUT Google.

Girl in 1st grade, kissing with her, I kid you not.
Girls one only knows from film and photographs, and who are much older, that is a different sort of a thing.
Limited access to girly mags, and certainly no porn. So it was always from the mainstream movies. But Cosmopolitan Mag is, and was, very cleavage oriented. Surprised me. First issue of a real girly mag, Playboy, made a big difference. Barbie Benton, full nude pics. First issue of Hustler Mag, back then more raunchy, and actually to me at that age, quite shocking.

Yep, we're the old farts here. I don't count anything after puberty, 12ish. That was no longer a crush, rather just being horny.
Yvette Mimieux was from the movies and as for TV, we had one as far back as I can remember. Being close to Miami was a help, I'm sure. 4 VHF and 1 UHF channels. Of course that's where Gloria Winters came in.
I can still picture her perfect body, beautiful face, and sexy walk. She always wore heels.
As a "civilian", Annette would certainly count. I was about 8 or 9 and I was at a neighbors house. The younger son was about my age and he had an older sister, about 15-16. They had gotten a new beagle puppy and the sister was sitting on the couch holding the pup on her shoulder. I was beside her scratching and petting the pup. In the middle of this the sister calls me out for trying to feel her up. I didn't even know what she was talking about. Yep, at 8 or 9 I was pretty naive.
Saw her brother about 50 years later and he talked about the time I was feeling up his sister while petting the pup, but not in a bad way. We had quite the laugh!.
First crush? Kathy Ireland. She had a swim and underwear line at Kmart for a while in the 90's. The circular coming out was like getting a new SI swimsuit issue in each week's Sunday paper. It was awesome.
(I'm a little younger than a lot of you.)
If you're talking celebs I lusted for, it's a long list of the usual suspects: including Barbara Eden (I Dream of Jeannie), Elizabeth Montgomery (Bewiched), Maureen McCormick (Brady Bunch), Dawn Wells (Gilligan's Island), Angie Dickinson (Policewoman), Andrienne Barbeau (Maude).
Kate is an actress I like (Eye Of The Needle), but never thought much of her as hot or anything like that.
Monica had the hair I love and seeing her outside that film, wow!
NFL sideline reporter Pam Oliver is another one.
