A MILF may have stretch marks around her waist and stomach area. As far as percentage, I don't think it is much. I think a lot of dancers stay in shape, so they are the most likely to work off the body issues that come with having a child. I have met a lot of stripper mothers that I could not tell.
There are a few signs - they can have a little belly that is more visible when they bend over, possible c-section scar, a bit of a gang to her breasts, stretch marks, etc.
The other signs are more blatant - showing photos of her kids is a good clue.
