  Yes I always to a Google search just to see if they are or have escorted. So far I have only turned up 2.

  I always google the dancers numbers. I don't pay to get any reports (that the sites sell), but it can provide a few interesting bits of information.

  I have turned up an arrest for prostitution on one with a background check. She was legit for OTC lol.

  My daughter wanted to do a full back ground check on my ATF. I talked her out of it and assured her that I knew what I was doing. It's nice to not have to lie to close family members and to know that they are looking out for you. She knows how much I am spending in strip clubs because she is a joint owner on my bank accounts so that she can pay my bills if I am incapacitated. So she sees the big weekly cash withdrawals. :)

  Yeah, I can see it from you point of view, but it's creep for us that any guy can look us up that way and find out our full names, where we live, and family member names. All sorts of personal stuff.

  I understand, never really look at that stuff, just arrests and convictions if there are any. Certain things will put a quick end to my hanging with her.

  I had initially expected most dancers would also use burner phones. After doing a few checks - I've found that's not the case. I primarily check to make sure I'm not calling a pizza place - or some odd spoofed number that will redirect me to a Nigerian prince who wants my bank account number.

  I have done it on occasion in the past, but it felt creepy, and stalkerish, and I never see any girls from the clubs outside that I don't know quite a bit about. I don't bother if I don't know them from several visits and maybe a lunch date or two before anything else happens,

  One person's creepy is another person's careful. If I Google a dancer's number and find out she's been arrested for robbery, then I'm not going to give her another minute of my time. Also, anyone can Google their own phone number. And they probably should, especially if they hand out their number to strangers on a regular basis. If a dancer isn't aware of what pops up when their number is Googled, that's on them.

  I just googled my number - wow! The guy who had my number is a real criminal! Several trafficking arrests - and a few convictions! I wouldn't fuck with that guy.

  I've done it and got the reports police records tax info if they own their own house etc. I like to be thorough on who I'm sleeping with. I've not used any of the info nor would I unless there was a problem. By the way I also presume that they're doing the same thing to me so I don't give a shit I'll just give out my business card. Nothing to hide on my end

" I think in this case, I will conveniently and self-servingly say that difference between careful and creepy is intent, in this case. I actually don't only use google, many providers use pay services that hit on even google voice and other second line type numbers (to profile customers based on their second lines). Partially, I do it to run my own second line and make sure these services haven't discovered me, but once we reach OTC stage, the more info on the stripper the better. I've never really discovered anything scandalous this way, although my buddy did find that a girl he was going to go OTC with, who seemed sweet as sugar in the club, was basically living thug life (we found her real name and then facebook page), and he dropped her.

  Lol, "where googling a stripper's number isn't creepy; it's careful" :P I guess I can see it, but I definitely agree ab the intent. It's still creepy that so much is available just from a phone number.

  BJ: 100% creepy. nevertheless, I think it's plain dumb not to avail yourself of the easily-available tools, especially given that customers getting set up and robbed or killed by a stripper's BF is not especially rare. And to point this out again: I didn't even know such services existed, that tracked second lines and not just primary lines -- it was in a provider forum where I discovered this, the escorts are using these services on us, for the same reason: avail yourself of the easily-available safety tools

  Maybe it only seems really stalkerish to me because I don't pursue OTC. On second thought, nah, it's definitely a stalker move.

  I have never searched for any type of information on a stripper in any way shape or form except that I read the Facebook pages of my three dream strippers. I simply see no reason to search, and it would make me feel like a stalker. Yes i could maybe find out if she is an escort but if she is fucking me for money then I already know the answer to that question.

  Nah. I don;t bother with checking stripper's phone numbers. Alot of the time they are toss away numbers anyway so you really can't learn that much. But I will always Google escort's numbers. You can find out a lot about an escort that way. Unlike a stripper an escort makes her living thru her phone, so there's usually a lot more intel that can be gathered.

  i usually do google there numbers but usually there is nothing to find. I did once find some model mayhem pics and an ad on CL for coffee table for sale. Now facebook on the other hand is another deal. You can actually find out a lot about a girl on there.

  I have, but I don't really dig for real names or any of that stuff. I pop it in google and if I get escort ads back that look like her, I delete it. If I wanted a girl advertising on the internet I'd look through those ads. 'm not looking for her on facebook or buying any sort of background check shit either. I don't think I've ever found a girls real name/address that way. If I want to know real names or other shit, I'll ask. For strippers I'm just gonna hang out with at the club, their real names are of no use or consequence to me. If we develop a sort of relationship that will extend beyond a stripper/customer thing I'll just ask. If they want to share, fine, if they're more comfortable keeping it private thats fine too. Addresses usually come up if she asks for a ride home, or to be picked up/dropped off for OTC. Real names usually come up on that ride too.

  I do especially if we're going to meet OTC pretty quickly. But it has proved confusing and helpful at times. One stripper never would reply to texts initially and when I looked it up it was a land line to an elder man. However, one night in the club she mentions how her stuff got stolen and she got a new phone and needed her contacts back. Well she texted me right then and there and sure enough it was her number. I looked up another stripper and found that she did or had dabbled in escorting. Now if you really want to know, if you have Facebook and she does too and registered with that number you can search the 10 digit number on Facebook and get a result.

  Yep, and for most of them I don't find out any info, although a few I have founds some useful and not so useful information, such as their real name. I don't really care, but I am often surprised that more than a few use their real first names. Escort ads are good sign, especially ones that give her rates. Arrest records. If it's for a marijuana conviction or DUI, don't care. But if it's for some really bad drugs like Heroin no. Same for robbery, assault, ok I'll might still have fun with her in the club, but not outside. I have found few who live in once city, dance in another and escort in a third city. A while ago several of my favorites lived near Cincinnati, danced in Dayton and ran escort adds in Kentucky or Indiana.
