Road Trip down to Charleston, any SC destination recommendations along the way

I'm taking a road trip from NYC all the way down to Charleston.

I mean the intent is to check out national parks such as Shenandoah and Congaree. However, I wouldn't mind checking out other wonders the US has to offer ;)

Given I'll be driving and stopping past and near all of these following states:
NJ
VA near Culpeper
NC either Charlotte or Raleigh
SC Charleston or Columbia, could swing by Myrtle Beach

I'm wondering if those of you more well-traveled than myself have any good recommendations? FWIW

* I'm into East europeans. If not caucasian girls in general
* not a big drinker
* Definitely prefer high mileage clubs/two way contact
* $ not that big a deal. Well a typical trip I spend $200-300. But if there're extras to be had sure I'll spend

Any opinions/recommendations would be most welcome! Even non strip club-related tips haha. TIA.

Don't pass on an opportunity to hit clubs in Richmond. Some real gems there.

Thanks...is there anything specific in Richmond? I checked out the review for both Paper Moons. But quick browse of the reviews seem to imply VA clubs are strict and $100/10 minutes with no extras at PM doesn't sound like too great a time.

Since you like high mileage, the first stop should be Ball Park in PA, right after you cross over the Delaware river from NJ.

Nycdance, flagooner is jesting. VA clubs are very low mileage.

@Nycdance - They're trolling you about Richmond. If you're stopping around Richmond as a halfway point, the downtown Paper Moon is the place I preferred. Someone on TUSCL who is from Richmond and knows the clubs well says he prefers the South Side Paper Moon, though. If you have issues with smoking the downtown PM doesn't permit it, but the South Side club does.

Lol gotcha re: the Richmond trolling. I'll be sure to avoid or just drive right past.

Thanks TDB re: suggestio. Ballpark Tavern you are referring to I assume? The reviews scare me though... I actually would prefer low mileage with 8-10s than say, super high mileage with <=6s...quality over quantity haha :)

Good strip club areas are more the exception than the norm - off the top of my head I can't think of a must-hit club along your route.

South Carolina seemed to have a pretty good scene but seems it's gone downhill

I haven't kept up with the Myrtle reviews but there may still be something worthwhile there - if you click on a city you can sort the reviews by different criteria - often times (but not always) a club w/ the most reviews is a good starting point in researching clubs then read a few reviews to see if it fits the bill.

In Columbia Platinum Plus or Platinum West are not what they used to be a couple of years ago but are still probably better than Myrtle Beach or Charleston.

Playhouse Lounge in Burlington NJ is a good topless BYOB stop. Standard service is lubed HJ and unlimited boob play with the vets. All ethnicities represented, but the vets are mostly Brazilian.

19th Hole Lounge in Glenside PA is a nude, full bar hidden gem. Many ladies have a full menu. All ethnicities represented.

Don't bother with Paper Moon in Springfield VA. Low mileage.

The NC clubs are horrible. You'll get more action at a truck stop.

In Charleston, take a walk though the older part of town down by the waterfront - it's a beautiful place. Also, the HUNLEY museum is a can't miss. Check hunley.org for directions to the museum where the submarine is located. It's located

......on the old Navy base.

And, when you've finished your tour, the Silver Slipper and Goodfellas are located across the street from each other only a mile or two away!

I would think that if I were making that drive I would re-route to visit Follies in Atlanta on the way down or the way back. If you are that close it would be a shame.

On another note, I do not go to charleston without stopping by the tattoed moose for lunch or dinner. It was on Diners Drive ins and dives and is a dive bar but excellent food.
