Why are there white-collars workers that routinely put in 70-hours+ - money is a hell of a motivator - some people will even kill for it.

I imagine there are some that enjoy the attention and being a bad-girl and enjoy it and kinda get off on it - but I'd say 90% do it for the economics of it.

I think the men and women that participate in adult entertainment see it thru very different lenses - for most women it's not about sex or being naked; it's about getting fast $$$ and a lot of it - the $$$ is what's on their minds; not what they are doing - IMO

Great to live in a country where women have the CHOICE and FREEDOM to do sex WORK LEGALLY and sometimes illegally if they choose. As others have mentioned strippers are first and foremost ENTERTAINERS doing a JOB. When I finally discovered strip clubs just six years ago, I was amazed too. After getting to know quite a few dancers really well, i learned their game is mainly about working for money. They have bills to pay. We do the same thing. Many young women don't have anyone to take care of them or pay for their education. If they want to advance themselves they have to WORK for it.

The US culture is way too prudish about nudity and sex. Both are just basic to human nature. Our cultural norms say we should all cover ourselves and pursue monogamous marital relationships. That may work for lots of people, but it doesn't work for everyone.

One of the cool things about Olympic Garden in Las Vegas was that the upstairs offered male dancers for female patrons. I don't know how much money they made, but my understanding is that stripping for women is very different from stripping for men. For women it's more about the spectacle and the entertainment and they tend to laugh throughout the performances. The men look weird as fuck though. One time I was in downtown Las Vegas, under that canopy, and my girlfriend and I turned around and there were three male OG dancers behind us and my girlfriend just burst out laughing. All three of them were buff and tanned, which is good, but they were also completely hairless, just like porn stars, which looked really, really strange. She said it made them look like adolescents.

Anyway, if women were as visual as men, and I had the looks and the body for it, I'd be happy to help women get their rocks off my shaking my booty on a stage. Are you kidding?
