    Sincere compliments, I would say it is just when they spend time with me, are attentive to what I say, seem to like me, and genuinely seem to want me to take them home with me, and likely off the clock.     ^^^ I don't work with my hands so they're pretty soft... except when I go through phases of lifting heavy, then I get huge callouses.
