I've been extremely lucky picking up strippers in Vegas clubs over the years. It's all about just being a normal guy and not a douche - most vegas strippers love that shit - they usually tell me I'm the first guy in 3 months that hasn't tried to finger them during a lapdance.

No, I wouldn't do that.
I'd be more inclined to engage with one girl ( front room, back room maximum ) and then try to leave with her and continue, till the next morning. Even if it can't go quite that way that fast, I'd try to continue it with her in the following days, get her in the sweep spot of one lunar cycle.
So then as far as other girls from that club, they would be off limits until things play out to their fullest with the first girl. And even going to that club again would be voided as things are in play with the first girl.
So for the maximum ITC, and getting her to leave with me, that is too much money.
Rather put more loads into the first girl, than do a bunch of girls in succession, in that kind of environment.
I could only imagine Juice in Vegas. If it's his cheat day I wouldn't be able to get him away from the buffet. Luxor and Excalibur have a one price pass where you can eat at any of their buffets for 24 hours - juice would get banned from the entire west side of the strip!

And when Dougster starts his television program, "How to Pay Hookers for Sex", can we get the two of them to host an episode together? And would there even be any time for paying hookers, with all the emphasis on food and gambling?
The only way you'd ever spend $3,000 at Follies is if they had a garage sale out front. Remember, you actually have to go INSIDE a club to spend that kind of money, and it's still a coin flip if you've every actually done that.

I usually go to one just about every time I have been there. Let me tell you what ones I have been to:
Wicked Spoon - Cosmo
The Buffet - Aria
Bacchanal Buffet - Caesars Palace
The Buffet - Wynn/Encore
Buffet - Silverton Casino (lower end, but decent and near the airport)
Those are the ones I have been to, and I have repeated at these several times. I have never done Bellagios and I have never been to any of the lower ends ones because I am too afraid. I think last time my wife and I went to Bacchanal for lunch is was almost $100 for both of us - for lunch!!!!!
I have no problem gambling in the dives, but I won't eat there!!!
The first 4 are probably the best though I've heard good stuff about the one at M Resort. Bellagio used to be excellent and had a very reasonably priced breakfast (the best buffet option in my opinion is breakfast). It has since gone down in quality and up in price. Paris had a good one but I haven't been in years. I really like Bacchanal but it's gotten ridiculous, too many other solid restaurants at or around that price point.
