  My actual plan is to buy mobile homes cash debt free then I'm going to rent them for monthly income. I also plan on using a rental management company to Handel the headache

  Never sell just rent save and repeat...plan on re investing every penny until I can have a six figure income after all the fees and savings to keep the business afloat
