China needs us just as much as we need them. If we shut down import dumping and they stop buying our and Europe's debt it will hit the fan everywhere. We will fair better because we have more agricultural resources and our resources than most other countries.
Our most valuable export, even exceeding that of the iPhone, is . . .

No one goes TO CHINA for college. Their best and brightest come here, get educated, and spend the next 40 years ripping off America. We should tax the shit out of foreigners coming here for college to subsidize the movement toward more affordable college education for American citizens. We could forego the tax if they STAY HERE and contribute to OUR economy. Don't like it, don't come here!

Trump is an idiot, but he's also entitled to call anyone he wants on the phone. China isn't worried about a phone call; they're worried Trump will screw up trade because of politics.
