Is a Longer Layover in Phoenix Worth it?

IME, Phoenix is second is only to Detroit in terms of strip club quality but with better looking girls.

I'll take that as a "Hell yes, make the effort!"

But any club in particular that you think fits my situation and what I'm looking for? I'm going to try to leave myself 6+ hours between flights at least.

Bourbon Street and Christie's were my favorites, especially the former. Been a few years since I was there but back then it was the Hiliter if you want cinch mileage.

How about Xecutive Showclub. I think that is the only Black Club in Phoenix. Is it just like the most extreme black clubs in other parts of the country, girls jumping on to your lap, licking your neck, kissing your ear, and generally defying you to start making out with them, and then to be continued in the back room?

And then how about Chicas?

These are the two Phoenix places I would be most inclined to visit first, based on how they come across online.

SJG, I do appreciate the ideas, but it doesn't sound like it fits with what I'm looking for, ie. young, blonde dancers.

Always worth-it to check out SCs in good SC cities especially if you've never been to them - there are often hot women in warm climates & Phoenix has a good rep for hot babes & good SCs.

Second Christie's Tempe. Best talent in the valley for what you are looking for.

Sorry to take the thread back for just a moment, but have any of you ever done a layover like this and hit up a club? I'm wondering what one does with their bags? Not sure if there is a viable way to leave it at the airport (especially if I can't check it because I'm taking two different flights), or heaven forbid, stash it at the club somewhere? Man, that last one seems like a really bad option.

My own view is that you get better results at the clubs you can visit regularly. So it would be home town, or places you regularly go to for business or some other purpose.

What ever the girls in, say, Phoenix can do for you, girls in other places can also do just as well.

So I'm not really attracted to the idea of sex tourism. But I do plan to be doing a huge amount of regular business traveling in the not too distant future.

I think I read a recent review of someone in your predicament where the manager held them in his office for him - I would think any decent SC could help you out.

An option would be to get a cheap rental car which may turn out to be cheaper than Uber & keep your bags in the car - I would just make sure not to leave valuables in the suitcase if giving it to club staff & don't leave anything that could be damaged by the high heat if leaving it in a car.

Motels are dirt cheap in Phoenix right now. Best Western is right around the corner from Christie's . Probably get a room for around 60.

As crazy as it sounds, if you rent a car, and then you have a place to stash your bag, then 6 hours may be tight. The Phoenix Airport is big, and getting a checked bag takes time, and getting to the Rental Car Center takes time. Getting your car takes time and then doing it all in reverse when it's time to fly out takes time. And depending on too many factors to list here, traffic could be nasty, or not, and take time too, not to mention the very real possibility of taking a wrong turn. Just some logistics to consider. Not to mention getting back through TSA and to your plane, which at PDX has taken me anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes.

That said though, hell yes it's worth it. There are some great clubs in Phoenix. An afternoon visit to HiLiter is a must. Christie's in Tempe (with a hotel directly behind the club, a Ramada I think?), is a good choice. And Bourbon Street Circus has top rated talent relative to dancer looks. And I truly believe a first time visit to HiLiter in the afternoon can result in a grand time. Those girls don't care if you are passing through or not.

As far as I know there are NOT lockers available at the Phoenix Airport like I've used in Vegas.

I think if you can arrange a flight into PDX around noon, you could be at HL by 2 or 2:30. Then spend a few hours there, before heading back to the airport around 5:00 for an 8:00 flight is realistic. If you could land around noon, you could follow up a HL visit with an evening trip to BSC or Christie's in Tempe (not the Phoenix Christie's) and fly out the next morning.

In the heat of the summer traffic may not be as bad around 5:00, rooms are typically less expensive, and often fewer girls are dancing. But last week at HiLiter the talent level was great and there were lots of girls (easily over 40).

I've gotta say it: I know that the Hi-Liter usually has a lot of young blondes (I think), but I still love Bandaids. There are some blondes there, as well as girls of other ethnicities. it's a fun neighborhood-type club. And the floor dances (which are only $10 a piece), can be very high mileage. Lots of very, very good grindage if that's what you're looking for. And usually a pretty good day-shift, too. I go there because I dearly love the Latinas, but I feel like you can find any type of girl there.

I'm pretty sure that most guys who have clubbed a lot in Phoenix and who enjoy high mileage will have Bandaids near the top of their lists.

Well dang, now we've got a bunch of clubs listed. I think I'll just go a day early and make a day of it, maybe try and hit up three different clubs.

I should have asked originally, are ANY of these clubs fully nude? It's fine by me if there is no alcohol. Not a deal breaker, but I much prefer fully nude.

Most of them aren't. You can go to Blue Moon if you want fully nude, but that's a completely different experience.

I think for what you are looking for Hi-liter, Bourbon Street Circus and Christie's Tempe are your best bets.

Christie's Tempe is close to the airport (to the south) and the other two are not far too far away to the north.

Full nude during the day Blue Moon is your best option bit you may not find the young blond you are looking for.

I'm not following, are you saying the three reviews I've left are questionable? What's wrong with them?

My dad wanted me to go out to the clubs when we were in Phoenix a couple years ago, and I said no way. It was in the middle of July at 100+ degrees and so humid my waffle cone shriveled up in my hands causing the ice cream to drop all over.

I guess if you could stand being burned on the way to the club it would cause great satisfaction to finally be in a cool environment of a club, but I didn't want to risk getting burned inside the club from desperate dances short on cash looking for easy pickings. My dad said he knew of a couple sure places to have some fun. My mom isn't as hot as my wife, so I could see his point. Dad said something about a Mexican band aid and hiding his burrito. I only wanted to get some fried bread.

OP: Do you seriously have to ask the question ? Really now, if you aren't going to visit some strip clubs, what else are you going to do for entertainment ? 1) Play a continous loop of Glen Campbells' "By The Time I Get To Phoenix" on your I-pad. 2) Search for a place in the terminal to jack off to some porn.

I'm with d-scrub in that if your reviews got an enema, they'd take up 90% less bandwidth.

Alright dudes, noted. I essentially started in February, and essentially live 5+ hours drive from a club, so I have to fly. Haven't been to many clubs because of that. But, after this trip I should have a few more to review!

I've decided I'm going to visit two places in Phoenix (taking an extra day to make it happen) and then on to L.A. where I'm going to visit a club (undecided which as of yet), and then probably one in Santa Barbara.

I'll try and leave some reviews on those that don't need enemas... although I'm not exactly sure what that means.

Don't let them bother you. If I had an opportunity to have layover in Phoenix, I'd try to make a strip club trip happen too. I'd try to get an overnight with a shower, too. But that's just me .

Tho, if I only had 5 hours, I'd get a black car (limo or w/e) as they are sometimes more responsive, easier to get on short notice, etc, for just a few dollars more than a taxi cab. just my $0.02 from traveling with narrow windows of opportunity.

Thanks man. I think I'm going to arrive very early afternoon, and am going to visit HILiter and Christie's Cabaret Tempe. I was debating on which to go to first, and my quick observation of reviews makes me think it would be better to go to HiLiter earlier in the afternoon, and Christie's in the evening. Pending time the next day I might return to whichever was my favorite before a late afternoon flight out.

There's nothing fishy man, the flight isn't even booked yet... I mentioned that a normal layover is 2-3 hours, I was going to see if I could find a longer layover, I couldn't. So now I'm just going to book it as two separate flights so I can have enough time. You're reading way too much into it; I'm not sure what could be fishy, or even what your possible paranoia could be about. LE? I doubt they care as much about your SC activities as you think they do.

I think my short list (based on what I've read) would be Hi-Liter and Bourbon Street Circus (and maybe Babes, if it's still any good). We have two Christies in Cleveland so I'm not hard up to visit another one just yet.

Babes is closed and at the end sucked ass.

Hi-liter and BSC are your two top options if you're not considering the Christies in Tempe. Avoid the Christies in Phoenix.

I'm still deciding. I think I heard Bourbon Street is chalk full of large implant porn looking types... and that's not my flavor at all. More interested in young college girl types.
