Trump could promise a coffee shop in every town in America, Swiss style. Of course I believe he might have trouble getting it past the other Republicans unless he lumped it in with a tax cut spending deal. Just think of the enormous tax boost it could give to every city though. Add a $2 tax per drink and several billion in taxes later, the budget problem has been fixed. Free donuts on the house.
