Seems like most of the clubs put up decorations and a lot do have parties but I never attend those parties. The free booze just attracts too many people and it becomes standing room only and you can forget about getting dances with any hot dancers.
Mine are have theirs today. I won't go. As Shadowcat pointed out, too many people come in just for the free booze and food. Good luck finding a dancer after that.
I went to my favorite club today and it was packed with both dancers and patrons ( like that better than custies?) and apparently they were having a Christmas party - served Chinese food instead of Italian. When I walked in there was no one on stage, but there was a chair, about 75-100 one dollar bills, a large white cloth and red, white, and green streamers. There was a gent cleaning the stage wearing a tuxedo who I think used to be a DJ there, but looked like a day manager now. There were so many patrons that I couldn't hear or figure out what had gone on on stage, but we then had a 2 for 1 and my CF and I did 5 or 6 dances and I had to leave.
When I arrived I was given an envelope which I thought was a Christmas card, however when I opened it later there was a keychain flashlight and a metal membership card (platinum level), I know they sell memberships for $500 but I'm unsure if this is real or a promotion or if real what it entitles me to.
I'm hoping for an OTC next week and will have to figure out what I have ( or don't have).
When my ATF worked at this club she described some wild private corporate Christmas parties in a downstairs room.
The club's seasonal decorations are beautiful.
I went to the Flight Club Xmas party last night, a whole week in advance. The club put up decorations and many strippers and waitresses wore Christmasy costumes. This was a party where nothing was free.
Almost 100% of my clubbing is on the road. It gets lonely living out of hotels and being away from friends and family, and even more so when the holidays roll around. I've always appreciated when the strip clubs/other establishments put up lights, Christmas trees, wreaths, etc because those were the types of things I am missing back home. I remember in one club in Pennsylvania, the secondary stage was not used frequently, so they put a 10 foot Christmas tree in the middle of it.

Just about all of them in the Detroit area have parties and a free buffett/food.
Most of them are actually happening today, on Friday.
