I don't have a specific type. I go through phazes also. It depends on the girl.
I remember going to a bar once and i couldnt keep my eyes off a brunette waitress in a short skirt. I thought she was amazing. My friends, including my wife at the time, said she wasn't that great. The next time i was at that bar the same waitress was there. She wasn't as good as i remembered. Must have been a phaze

I definitely have a type I've always been most attracted to ... but as I get older, I make forays that are farther and farther away from that type.
I def have my type (thick ebonies) and usually just stick to this “genre” :) - but every now and then I do get burned-out on the chocolate and get in the mood for vanilla – but usually it does not take long b/f I go back to the chocolate particularly when I experience the difference in mileage b/w chocolate and vanilla - IME a Caucasian grind just does not feel like an ebony grind.
If you put a gun to my head, I'd say that I lean towards exotic (Asian, Latin, Eastern European, girls), but the reality is that I'm all over the place.
For me, it's more whether or not a dancer can pull off her chosen look. For example, some girls go for "thick" and are smoking hot, while other girls go for the same look, but the reality is that they're just fat (which works for some guys, but not me).

I have my constants (feminine face, good waist to hip ratio, light eyes) but I used to be way more into blondes. Some days I want huge real tits, others little perky ones on a spinner.
Pretty much all over the place. Deliciously slender to pleasantly plump, as Jubal Harshaw would say. Well proportioned without being extreme in either direction.
Harder to describe than to just point at examples, and Ms. Rafaeli is a fine example.
I think I'm hard wired pretty consistently. The links above look like hot girls. Now if I only saw girls Papi likes, I think I would stop visiting strip clubs. The fatter someone gets, the less attractive they look generally speaking. However I do remember seeing an anorexic dancer that made me want to buy her some food. I wasn't sure why someone hired her unless they felt sorry for her because it looked like she was starving to death. The fat girls looked a whole lot better than the anorexic girl.
All I can say is that Leonardo DiCaprio is a total ass for dropping her. Or, maybe, she came to her senses. :-/

The dancer in the first link. used to dance in Columbus Ohio under her real first name Karen. The photos were taking during the same time she danced, and when she wasn't in competition shape. At least three other fitness competitors used to dance in various Columbus clubs at the same time as Karen, and all three competed at the Arnold Classic at one time or another.
One of the funniest moments I recall was when Columbus Gold booked the then managers wife, who billed herself as "The Ultimate Hardbody" during the Arnold one year, or something similar when all three of the fitness competitors along with Karen were dancing at the club. A very stupid mistake on their part. I often skipped the features, but I was curious to see what would happen, and it was as entertaining as I expected.
A lot of the customers in the club were in town to see the Arnold, and many who came to see the feature, actually thought Karen was the feature dancer, and when the manager's wife went on stage a very drunk group of customers booed and yelled that the club dancers were more fit and hot than the feature and stormed out of the club, along with at least two thirds of the club shortly after. The next year the club wised up a bit and got fitness model Devon Michaels the next year. I don't recall the club ever booking the managers wife again until Karen quit dancing there.
The brunette in the videos on the second link is Ivy. I first saw her years before she got her implants and one of the first things that attracted me to her were her large nipples. Mine doesn't change, and that is why I rarely have a favorite and my ATF hasn't danced in many years!
