Matthew's hearing set tonight
Monday, February 09, 2004 - TYNGSBORO Selectmen will hold another public hearing tonight on Matthew's owner Donato DiRocco's request for a license to host scantily-clad dancers at the former adult club on Middlesex Road.
DiRocco has lawsuits pending against the town aimed at regaining the ability to host nude dancers at the club, but has also applied for a license that instead would allow dancers to perform in skimpy clothes.
Selectmen delayed a decision on that request at a hearing two weeks ago, saying they did not have enough information on the club's layout, and exactly what type of clothing dancers would wear.
The meeting begins in Town Hall at 6 p.m.

Yeah, neither do I, I can't see guys going for that when there are other nude clubs in the area. I've seen clubs go pastie and survive but I can't imagine the same calibur of women would come and dance at Mathews if they had to wear bikinis. What you usauly end up getting is stripper wanna be's who think that dancing in a bikini will be easy....

I really don't think it will be the same in bikinis.
