I start to notice that the better I do at work the worse I do in love and the better I do it love the work I do at work.
I have been on a roll lately with the ladies and there has been an unfortunately it noticeable dip in my overall performance at work where a few years ago I was a really high performer but socially I was not doing very well.
Just wondering if anybody ever found that perfect balance between having a great love life and a great work life and what's your secret?

And yes, I also have lived most of my life that way. But it has not been without my knowing that something was wrong.
So now I am building something where work, play, and continuing education will be fused together seamlessly supporting each other.
Of course the example of this comes from religion, work is worship and worship is work. Everything is kept in balance, but also there are a minimum of divisions.
Those who work with me in this will enjoy pussy saturation 365 days per year. They will never experience a day when dolled up stripper grade hotties are not draining them dry. The will also enjoy vast social, intellectual, and financial security benefits.
The only people who will lose in this are those who promote neo-liberalism and those who make Viagra. And then of course those who sell the old fashioned stuff, alcohol, street drugs, born again Christianity, and psychiatric medication, will also lose.

Here he is talking about Education, Work, and Play, as the three boxes. The idea is that we are forced into these boxes. Education is supposed to be so that we can Work. And then Work is to be so that we can Play.
So then you see, we are always trying to get something we don't have, and basically preparing for retirement.
So Bolles's idea is that we need to have balance, like for example a sabbatical every 7 years. Or maybe just some balance from day to day or hour to hour.
Or at it's very best as Bolles explains, Education, Work, and Play become completely fused. This is what I am working on.
Education is an ongong 24/7 process. Work, my Life's Work, doing what I believe in and need to do, is a 24/7 process. And then play, enjoying moment by moment, is a 24/7 process.
So this might help people understand better why I don't go for chemical escapes. I do go for rituals of mindfulness and cosmic attunement, and included in this is Tantric Sex.
Now as far as strippers, JS69 is right, I don't want to live in the strange ways and on the strange daily schedules that some of them do. But on the other hand, strippers are some of the most highly sexualized women you will find. They are the epitome of ritualized dolling up. So they are naturals for inclusion in this.
Now the other source of ideas of balance and fusion do come from religious monasticism. What could be more natural than doing what you believe in, and at all times.

Anyway, there have been lots of communes and some you could even call cults, where there is no celibacy or monogamy. Now most have not lasted very long. But there is always a chance of making one which will endure. Sex cults have existed as long as Christianity has.
Consider just the basic idea that the women are provided for and get long term benefits. And then also, they don't gain rank or status until they have demonstrated that they are on board for the program.
