In Atlanta during the late 60's a Russ Meyer movie ("Vixen" I think) played 24 hours a day for over a year. I saw it and it would probably be ok for regular TV by today's standards.

Faster pussycat was a movie and then later the name of a band in Detroit. The lead singer doubles with the riot girls and Faster Pussy cat kill kill. Kind of a grunge sound but a cool stage act.

Her name was/is Niagara.

I never did get her name; I wonder if it's the same girl? This would have been in the 1980's; she had dyed black hair that was long and mop-like, and white makeup. Very goth.
