Toronto design company gets wood from former strip club

I get wood at the present strip club most often. :)

Damn interesting story and I can identify with it intimately. Not the SC part of the story but the part dealing with the old wood.

My house is over 100 years old. When I was working on the restoration I discovered similar outsized joists and beams as were discovered in Jilly's. I tried to buy more such stock and like the guy in the video said: you just can't buy stock in those old outsized dimensions. I had to go with the new engineered composite joists to satisfy my requirements.

I've got a long time before I have to deal with old wood, thankfully.

Gets wood.........huh........huh-huh.
