By definition, if she's a mom and you'd like to fuck her, than she's a MILF in my book.
Some say the woman has to be 35 and above with kids to be a MILF. But I've always thought as long as she has kids, she's a MIlF no matter what age.

The funny thing is the use of MILF in porn! Women seem to go from performing in "teen" features to being billed as MILFs around age 25 or so! Not brilliant! :(

By definition I say yes. However I also agree that for whatever reason it almost more refers to, or at least conjures up an image of, those over the age of.....hhhmmmm, 35 or so. That's a more accurate definition i think cuz even though technically an 18 year old with a kid is a milf it just doesn't have the same ring to it.
Although I agree with the strict definition, i.e. has kids, I think the term is best used by younger guys when they refer to cougar-aged women. For example, Stifler's mom to the American Pie guys. At my age, if she has a kid in my age cohort (50+), I am very unlikely to find her attractive. And hopefully not stripping....
The term MILF comes from "American Pie" in reference to Stifler's mom, played by Jennifer Coolidge when she was 38 years old. I would argue in the context of the movie that a MILF is not just any old mom you would like to fuck but the fuckable mother of a child of at least high school age, so that she is in her mid 30s at least. I can't bring myself to apply the word MILF to the all-too-typical case of a 19-year-old stripper of a 3-year-old kid.
Side note: I had a 27-year-old student a few years ago who had twin grandchildren!! I tried not to think about whether she was 13 and her daughter was 14 or she was 15 and her daughter was 12 or . . . Wow!
If she has kids then she's a MILF but I think the broader definition accepted by most is like said above. 30's or older, mini-van, soccer practice, etc.....

Generally, I'd say a MILF means a woman with a teenage kid, but 29 in stripper years = probably 35.
