Just another example of how good things always seem to get twisted around into bad things. People want a public list of known sexual predators so they know who to steer clear of. Men with permanently flaccid penises compensate by fucking over people who are clearly not predators by putting them on the list for some nuisance crime involving sex. Which of course dilutes the point of the list because now you're not sure it means anything to be on it.

Like the fact that nobody wants to get hit by a drunk driver means we end up with .04 or .05 BAC limits for DUI. Never mind that changing station on the radio is more likely to cause an accident than driving with that low level of BAC.

How dumb can you get? Find a room somewhere.

On a slightly more serious note there is no way they'll actually get 15 years! ilbbaaicci has a good point about the sex offender registry though! That list should really be more selective! Limit it perverts that might rape your kid and stuff like that, not some guy that had sex with his 17-year old girlfriend after he turned 18!

This is the same sort of thing! Bad judgement, lock him or her up if they have other warrants but otherwise fine them and let them be on their way! Brilliant solution! :)
