Oregon apparently is the most liberal state when it comes to regulating strip clubs but it doesn't sound like they are too interested in getting involved with a small group of strippers trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. So I would say no.
If anyone can make it work, it would probably be Elle. She's smart, sincere, and very determined.
In her words, not mine, it's not just for strippers, it's also for anyone else in the entertainment business.
The whole "stripper bill" bullshit is something that the local broadcast media made up so people would keep watching their shitty newscast long enough to watch some ads. It actually covers a much broader range of contractors and their working conditions. Not quite as zexxy as LOOK MA, THA STRIPPERZ IZ ON TEE VEE!
The Revolution lead by SJG and starting with hookers has begun.
Sure, invite the government to come in and help, because more government regulation always makes things better. ;)
