I own about 40 acres in Terlingua . Didn't pay much for it but there is no water and trees are scarce. Fun place to camp but the lifestyle is a little harsh for long time habitation.

How good is it in smaller Mexican border towns, like say Mexicali, San Luis Rio Colorado, Aqua Prieta, Palomas, Olinaga, Piedras Negras, or Ciudad Acuna?

Why not buy your property on the Mexican side? Then you can bring your Mexicana's to your own bed.

When are you going to give us that thread about Mexican GFE. I'm sure that once people read that and see what happens, they will realize that they don't need really need Viagra, they just need to be with a girl they can open up with.

$50 an acre is a hell of a deal, butthat can be harsh land.

Land on the US side of the border gives you easy access to Mexico. But land on the Mexican side of the boarder gives you on site access to Mexicans.

It actually doesn't have to be right on the border. Like say within a few blocks of the Hong Kong Bar?
