  LOL I've always had compliments on mine and that's born out that all my g/f's who had the option not to swallow (i.e. I wasn't paying them to) but would anyway. I attribute that to my diet: lots of fresh fruit and vegs but not asparagus, cabbage or Brussels sprouts if I have a hot date coming up. And no beer! Also I don't eat processed foods; especially anything with high fructose corn syrup. Natural sugars are best; even sucrose is actually okay.

  Mango Papaya enzyme tablets at Trader Joes (if you have one nearby). Just chew a few of those every day. They are very inexpensive and they work
