A manager really does have authority over the property. Being nice to him is a good idea, especially if he is the owner. Also, strokes cannot be recirculated like cash can.

If you grease bouncers you are encouraging them to operate outside of their legitimate sphere of authority, and this will, if continued long enough, lead to serious problems.

In this discussion his real life San Jose Gay is starting to come out of the closet with interests pertaining to the male bouncers/managers, and of course stroking and greasing them.
