That may be my favorite public service announcement of all time!
Funny, but a rather dumb premise.
Art, the boys are playing with dildos that they found in the house, as if they were toy guns. At least one dildo is a combination vibrator/dildo, hence the background noise that is heard. The mother of the family that lives at that house (woman on the left), suddenly realizes this and is embarrassed in front of her friend, the mother of the other boy.
CG, I think Art knew perfectly well what was going on :-)
