FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A Fort Wayne man is facing charges of intimidation and carrying a handgun without a permit after he allegedly went to a strip club and told an employee he was there to kill the night manager.

According to court documents, on October 2, Keith B. Albachten, 52, of Fort Wayne showed up at the Covergirls club on Production Rd. just before 6 pm. Albachten told the day manager that he was looking for the night manager, Rich. The day manager told police that Albachten then flashed the 9mm handgun he had in a holster and told her he had no problem killing someone since he was a Marine combat veteran. The day manager was able to call 911 after getting Albachten to go outside. When police arrived they determined Albachten did not have a permit for the gun.

Police then interviewed the night manager who told them Albachten had come into the club the day before and was escorted out after he had put the weapon on the bar. After putting the gun in his car, Albachten came back inside and finished his drink and then left.

Albachten told police he had gone to the club to try to “witness” the dancers. When asked about threatening the manager, Albachten got upset according to police and told them that God would sort everything out.

There's no law against being crazy, but threatening someone...

"God would sort everything out"? I wonder if he was referring to that old battle cry, "Kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out" (or something like that).
