Follow Club

I just noticed a new feature on TUSCL. At the bottom of the ratings and recommendations. on a club's page, there's a button labeled, "Follow Club." I tried it for a couple of my local clubs that get frequent reviews. I thought it might provide a notification on my profile screen of that club having been just reviewed. But, nothing so far. Does anyone know how this works?

Isn't it spelled Follie Club
@ Shadow: The two clubs I clicked on "Follow Club" have now been added to my hot list. It doesn't appear that anything else has changed. Maybe the button should have been named, "Add to Hot List."
Motor - I think its Collie Club ( for raw doggin')
Club_Goer - That sounds more logical.
