Unfortunately I’m not much of a veggies eater – but I do like the creamy spinach that is served @ Boston Market and I get it as my side every time I eat there (they have 2 types – regular and creamy).

Olive oil over spinach, mmmmmm good.

Salmon in a bed of boiled spinach with lemon sauce and mashed potatoes....mmmmmm

Steamed spinach with cider vinegar works for me.

Spinach is so yesterday. Kale is the new spinach!

Too many folks out here eating kale. I'm all about the Swiss Chard.
