Seems like the blues players all had stage names. I like Bugs Henderson and Guitar Shorty. My favorite? T-Bone Walker...Sounds cool and tasty.
What's your favorite guitarist nick name?

Django. First name so bad ass that you don't need a nickname.
HeWhoCannotBeNamed from the Dwarves
^^^Wow....not exactly catchy tho @slick... Django is cool
@Mikey-It was 2002 and I worked at a record store(how archaic). I was putting up cd's and saw this cat named Django Reinhardt. I think their was a movie about him or something or the other around that time. Anyways, I dug his jazz guitar. Now, he's not my favorite but what a name! They should've played some of his music in the movie.
Steve Stevens (born Steven Bruce Schneider on May 5, 1959) is an American guitarist and songwriter. He is best known for playing for other artists (most notably Billy Idol, Michael Jackson, and Vince Neil)[1] and less so for his solo efforts (Atomic Playboys and Flamenco a Go-Go), collaborations (Bozzio Levin Stevens, a.k.a. Black Light Syndrome),
I always thought King Buzzo from the Melvins had a cool name
Buckethead
'Cos any dude that wears a KFC bucket on his head has somethin' goin' for him
@Slick - Is the "D" silent?
@shadow - "Steve Stevens?" That's about the best name ever!
Never trust a man with two first names.
"'Cos any dude that wears a KFC bucket on his head has somethin' goin' for him"
And love the album title "Enter the Chicken"
torch-warren demartini
How about the same middle name and last name?
I met a guy named Spider; I thought that was a cool name for guitarist. I'd steal it for myself if I could get away with it.
Slowhand, of course! The same way I like my HJs!
