Justin Bieber can be thrown in jail for his lewd act of nibbling on a stripper's boobs with his friend Khalil Sharief in a recording studio and can even be forced to sign a sex offenders' register.
According to a witness, the 19-year-old singer and Sharief fumbled with the woman, who looked in her forties and stripped down to a thong and stilettos, the Daily Star reported.
The witness claimed that for a couple of hours, the studio turned into a strip club, with dollar bills being thrown.
LA's district attorney's office was said to be contemplating whether or not to prosecute the 'Baby' hitmaker over the romp with the blonde.

A Justin Bieber sex-tape featuring the pop star “spanking†two strippers is being sold to the highest bidder, according to reports.
The tape, filmed by CCTV surveillance cameras, is yet to surface online.
But the “crystal clear†recording, filmed when Bieber visited a strip club while on the Australian leg of his world tour last November, is expected to spark a bidding war.
The tape allegedly shows Bieber with two strippers, “spanking†their bare bottoms and “pulling off their panties with his teethâ€. The 19-year-old is caught in “compromising positionsâ€.
The pop star last month turned himself in to police in Toronto, Canada, for an expected assault charge linked to a limo driver in December.
Days earlier he pleaded not guilty to drink-driving charges, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired licence in Florida.
Court records show Bieber’s lawyer filed the written plea in Miami-Dade County. Bieber already has an arraignment set for February 14, but Florida law does not require him to be present.
Defence lawyer Mark Shapiro said a decision on whether Bieber would attend has not been made.
Bieber and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested in Miami Beach during what police described as an illegal drag race between a Lamborghini and a Ferrari. Neither has been charged with drag racing.
Police say Bieber swore at an officer and admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking, and taking prescription medication.
Bieber also remains under investigation for vandalism in Los Angeles County over an egg-throwing episode that damaged his neighbour’s home.
Detectives searched his home on January 14 and prosecutors have sought
additional information before determining whether to pursue charges.
The arrest and police investigations, and now the alleged sex tape, have brought the teenage singer more attention than the recent release of his latest album. Last year Bieber made headlines for everything from clashing with a paparazzo to being photo- graphed smoking marijuana. German authorities charged him thousands of dollars after he abandoned a pet monkey that they seized from him for failing to have proper vaccination papers.
