@mike: My vote for funniest movie ever is Airplane!
Airplane definitely qualifies in the most funny movie category, but the single funniest scene, in my opinion, is the one from Spaceballs where they are watching themselves in the movie and looking over their shoulders for the camera.
I crack up every time I even think of that scene.
