What typically happens on the night of a feature dancer?

I stay home. Featured dancers are waste of my time & money.

It isn't that different than any other night. The other dancers still have to make a living too.

The club usually has a big media buildup through local entertainment tabloids, radio ads and DJ announcements. A higher cover is charged. Dancers are told to sit down and not work while the feature is on stage--which can be two shows of 45 minutes each in some cases. Some features, aging porn stars, will give lap dances for $50.00 or so. When it's all over a boring time was had by all.

I only saw one once. The girl didn't look nesrly as good as she did in playboy. It was a total disappointment.

I went to one once and got a Polaroid photo of porn star Lauryl Canyon sitting in my lap, which you can find in my profile photos. Other than that, I agree it's pretty much a waste of time and disrupts the normal activities we all go to the club for.

If you've got a big-time crush on some particular porn star, and she's doing a feature at the local club, go ahead. Otherwise stay home.

+1 for SuperDude. However if the club allows dancers to continue working, you can get a lot of privacy in what are normally semi private dance rooms because a lot of guys are watching the feature. I once got FS while the feature was on stage.

    - higher cover
    - interferes with house girls making money during the feature show time = less take home $ more the house girls
    - drives the regulars away = less take home $ more the house girls
    - brings in non-regulars who aren't there to spend money on the house dancers

The best part about feature dancers: the songs played during their sets are longer to give them a chance to make more money. What does this mean to you? It means when you take your fave house dancer back to VIP while the feature is onstage, you get a lot more bang for your buck, especially since everyone else is pre-occupied with the feature, including the bouncers/floaters.

Don't look for features as the waste of time they are; look at them as the opportunity to get a huge time discount and potential mileage upgrade for no extra $$$ on your part.

@CP good advice! I avoid feature nights like the plague, but now you have me thinking that I'm looking at it the wrong way.

have been to a few at Pink Pony in ATL. mostly for the mega-tit stars that they used to book about 10 years ago (sarenna lee, casey james, busty dusty). club dancers did not like them being there because it cut into their earnings. feature did about a 30 minute show then sold mags, dvds and polaroids. did attend one that was very memorable. during feature dance, one of the house dancers sat down with me. after buying her a drink, she spent the whole time rubbing mr. happy thru my pants. by the time the feature had finished, I was so hard she led my to the VIP room and finished me off with a out of the pants HJ.

I know that at Monarchs in COI, when they have a feature, they also have more girls and their best girls dancing. This might be an aberration, though. I tend to agree with Superdude, Alucard, and MJX on this topic.
