Club Specials

"Special" dancers. Don't give a shit about the food or alcohol discounts.

Yeah – it seems like getting good customer service at many SCs is like pulling teeth.

No doubt liquor sales may provide a, if not the, majority of the profits for SCs – and it seems this club in particular is trying to shaft custies by charging full-price before 8:00 p.m. and $20 dancer drinks (the latter is definitely a flag IMO for a club that tries to shaft custies via drinks).

There really isn’t much one can do except not allow oneself to be extorted by not buying – not an easy fix – but if SCs see they are not doing well due to low sales; “maybe” they may change tactics.

I would def not pay $20 for a dancer drink – that is outright extortion IMO – and if you like to drink – your only option may be to visit a restaurant’s bar before hitting the SC. Not the way it should be – but the way it unfortunately is. Perhaps other SCs in your area may offer better service?

All one can do is stick to their guns and be willing to walk-away/not-partake if one feels they are being shafted/treated-unfairly – or just adjust their game to the particular SC.

In California, we don't get to drink alcohol in nude establishments. I like 3-4-1 specials. And VIP specials.

I like specials.

Never had any kind of specials lure me into a club. I have taken advantage of a few, but I seldom drink much and drink specials I've heard advertisemented are never for my drink of choice.

And I hate mandatory drink minimums too. Would rather spend money on the girls not liquor/ beer.

Drink specials won't lure me in when I otherwise had no plans on visiting the club, but might alter may day of choice if I was up in the air. 2 for 1 LD specials will sometimes influence my choice of a day as well.

I only look for drink specials when I eat pretzels.

Specials do not influence my decision to visit a strip club. Most are just come on's to get you there. Special dancer drink prices are a rip off unless you are in a jack joint.

I normally spend well into 3 figures at an SC. I'm not rich enough to feel comfortable doing that when I'm hammered. (I also don't drive hammered.) I get one drink and nurse it all night. If I want more than one drink, I have them pre-club.

If a dancer orders a "premium" drink on me, not going to have a positive effect on any tip or the number of dances I get from her.

I'm fine with clubs that don't have food service. Although, some of my past favs have had very hectic schedules between dancing / other job / children / SO, and I liked being able to offer them a meal or snack if they had not had time to eat.

I don't think drink specials are for SC hobbyists like the membership here. This is more to pull in the general crowd that doesn't always plan on going.

The specials I watch are what days or what times are the door fees waived. My second favorite club has no door fees on mondays. Or if the door fee isn't there till 9, its a good idea to go at 8:30. Same girls, same drinks, but 7-10 more bucks in your pocket for at least one drink.

The thing to watch out for with specials is that they are there for a reason. That club has no door fee on mondays because no one goes on a monday. The 2 for 1 dances are on wednesdays to make up for having lesser talent. And there are no specials on saturdays because there doesn't need to be.

There are special ed people in clubs

Bothing lures me into strip clubs. There was a point where if there was a porn star showing up, I'd try my hardest to make it to the club. But since reading threads here on such discussions, the fact that the little bit of porn stars NY do get is not only subpar (the regular stripper usually outclass the porn star in NY), but I never heard of the PS a day in my life (I seem ti always have favorites that are either already retired or amateurs or just will never come ti NY) and I just dint visit strip club websites enough to know of any special promotions going on. Its either I want to see some ass or I don't go.

Estafador, stay away from most Porn Star Specials. I agree, they're all hype.

I club in CA at nude places so alcohol isn't a factor for me. But knowing that a club doesn't shove the lady's drink thing will get me in the door quicker.

Drink specials are for those looking for booze and "oh yeah, nice titties". The fewer of that kind in the club, the happier I am.
