Such emails may be a phishing expedition. It may not be from your provider at all.
Hover over one of the links and see if it really points to their web site, or one in Russia or China. :)
If hovering doesn't work, right click the link in your browser a d copy it. Then paste it into a text editor to look at it.
If it is really from your provider, try logging in. They will won't allow you to login under your old password and will make you change it. I had to do that recently. I've received those emails. I just delete them.
