Was out shopping this morning and this 20-something girl (about 40 pounds overweight) had on extremely short shorts and cowboy boots.
In what Universe did she wake up this morning and say to herself, "I think this might be a good look."
I've seen thin strippers try to pull off this look and even THEY can't do it. Cowboy boots should be banned with shorts. Even in Texas.
