It’s not just here, I am in a private discord where I chat with only about 8 people about sports betting tips and strategies, the discord is constantly spammed with nonsense. If they can infiltrate a private discord where only 8 people are active they can infiltrate and will infiltrate anywhere.
Are there that many people in Asia with nothing to do? North Koreans hoping to find some old fart in America slipping and wipe them out of their checking account?
If they’re going to try to scam us they need to at least know their audience.
Should advertise for LDK pants, discounts on club entry fees, hotel rooms by the hour. They could scam all of us if they offered those things, but instead they think nicespice may want to move to India but has no way to get her stuff there, or shadowcat wants to play bingo, or Icey needs a girlfriend from Singapore.

Founder tried to help us avoid the spam posts by putting in a verified members section or VIP members section. No one used it. Everyone used the front room because they enjoyed fighting and bickering with icee loco, sjg, and 25 - still the most ignored loser on the site. The only way to minimize the spam posts would be to limit all discussion to VIP members, which I would be fine with.

Icey had several alt troll accounts but i dont know if he went through logging into all of them to block people. He also likes blocking and unblocking constantly because he wants to be able to read what the blocked people are saying lol. He blocks/unblocks me 10 times a day.
There was a day where the ignore count for 25 and a bunch of other users suddenly jumped by 12 or 13 ignores. Anybody that gammanu had an issue or argument with suddenly had their ignore count inflated by 12+ users. Guys like skibum or rickdugan werent affected by those ignores at all…

Adding nothing of value is one of the defining characteristics of a troll. I'd like to hear a better suggestion than barring non-VIPs from participating in discussions. Not only would that weed out the people who only log on to troll the discussion boards, but it could increase the quality of reviews if people have to write better reviews for their limited VIP access.
Alternatively, Founder could make more money by requiring non-VIPs to sit through complete 4-5 minute commercial breaks before writing and again before submitting a discussion topic or comment. No muting, either, the weird sex game or creepy AI girlfriend ad has to play through your speakers.
