I believe that Oregon is "license-free" for dancers.

If this is a test, it should be multiple choice.

Louisville doesn't require licenses or permits. On the other hand, Louisville no longer has real "strip" clubs either. But you can dance for free.

I don't believe Kentucky has any licensing requirement for dancers anywhere.

    New York
    Connecticut
    Rhode Island
Massachusetts (though many of the clubs require "employee" status)
Fort Worth (but Dallas has license requirement, as do some other parts of TX)
    South Carolina
Parts of Florida (East coast: Jax to Miami, West coast; Pasco County)

I have never inquired about other areas on the East Coast, but on the whole dancer licensing/permits tend to be more of a West Coast and Central thing. I'm guessing that PA, DC, and MD are also free of permits, at least based upon what I have seen.

    Good luck.
