Important topic here. What are the requirements? I'm thinking implants make the breasts too rigid and stiff. Small cup sizes don't have enough to get the nice jiggle. So I'm thinking full size natural tits are required to get a nice tit jiggle while walking around? Agree, disagree? Or have more to add?

Several dancers I know have breast enhancements and man, they look great.
All of them are able to jiggle.
Hmmm, This might require a bit of studying. I might have to compare the jiggle of natural to implants. I always thought natural had more jiggle.
Kate Upton is perfect example of tit jiggle and possibly physical perfection in a female in my opinion. She also seems like fun but no way to know on the personality side.

Natural Tits medium-large in size, perfectly round & firm with very nice nipples. And ABSOLUTELY no sag what so ever!
She should lend you the remote she got from her plastic surgeon for adjusting size and jiggliness.

They gotta be big for best jiggle. Don't knock implants. Good implants feel soft and have some jiggle (tho not as much as natural).

The best jiggle IMO are big, soft, natural ones – even if they are natural but are too firm the jiggleness will not be the same IMO.
