  Like anything it's a calculated risk and how you are or are not thinking at the time. I've gotten BBJ's a few times and afterwards I think how stupid that was but I've never gotten anything from it. Odds are you probably won't catch something but that's not a guarantee and if you want DATY or BBJ then that's the risk you accept. I've seen comments on here that some guys won't even suck on a strippers nipples for fear of catching something that was left there by a previous guy's mouth.   I used to do DATY all the time (sometimes mutually) but stopped doing it after a few scares. I never used to worry about a girl doing it to me, but I'm starting to re-think that as well. You know how afterwards you get all paranoid and every little lip or tongue tingle sends pure fear down your spine? That was me, so I backed off considerably.
