If you are a Republican the answer is clear - the 'Ho came first. Certainly, she is responsible for her own actions and chooses to share her talents. The pimp is just as clearly a Democrat, taking advantage of working women for his own gain.

If you are a Democrat, the pimp came first. The pimp is taking advantage of poor helpless women and the government needs to step in (with a new agency and a big budget) to protect these helpless victims. Republicans are monsters for allowing this terrible crime to continue.
