It's not of much interest to me. If you read that site, you'd think there are a heck of alot of celibate strippers. They bitch about other strippers providing extras and how it makes it harder for them to make money. There's also alot of braggarts on there saying they make a couple grand per night.

I'm actually glad I learned about the Pink site.

Every now and then I like to read the hustle hut section to try and spot some of the more egregious plays, especially when I know I've been had as a sucker at a club in recent memory. Kind of like inoculation.

I went there years ago out of curiousity. I saw all the posting rules and never went back. If a dancer ripped me off, I can post and rant about it here all I want. I know one stripper who is a college graduate and who has been dancing for more than 10 years. She is the hardest working stripper I've ever seen, almost always on the floor, working the crowd. She offers no extras and yet is a consistent high earner. She lives modestly, drives a beater, and claims to have a quarter of a million saved. Doesn't make her wealthy, but is light years of the other dancers.

The sex industry is a breeding ground for misandry and misogyny. "Does anyone know any wealthy dancers?" I doubt that's so much a valid question as much as it is someone trying to reassure themselves that the women he pays for sex are lesser beings (which is why I assume he's always stressing how little he pays them). Even Alucard's comment up there has a tone of contempt for the dancer Gawker was talking about, as if it's completely ludicrous that someone would have managed to save up a quarter of a million in a 10 year period. The general opinion of strippers is that we're all drug-addicted whores (and there are some, yes) just as the general opinion of strip club patrons is that they're all pathetic losers.

It's really a shame that sexuality is still so taboo there's so much emphasis placed on it in regards to your worth as a person. God forbid anyone realize that we're all just people that like getting it on with other people.

@Che - Yeah, but there's only so much finger wagging you can do. As a dancer, you make a lot of money, but starting from the bottom in regards to what to do with it is tough (which is why SW can be useful). I blew through 20k before I was like "Uh...maybe I should be smarter about this."

I went over there and bookmarked it. There can be some insights as to how strippers operate. I saw a lot of them talking about selling VIP half hour for $300. Sort of like stepping off planet. I have done them in VIP at Houston extras clubs for as little as $100 and mo more than $200 and this is FS.

I do like reading their club reviews from the dancers perspective.

I am lifetime VIP at a Houston area extras club. I have bought them off the floor for $20 to avoid the session in the upstairs VIP or CR being interrupted by announcements its time for them to dance.

Normally the price for FS there is 200-300 with 200 being the norm. I have had two different girls at 100 which (one I have been seeing otc for 4.5 yr who no longer dances there average at motel $133). The other girl was one I had done itc at 200 on around seven occasions and that day she offered it to me at 100. A 21 yo girl I did for 200 a coupla months ago I did recently in CR for 150.

As far as these girls lowballing themselves I strongly disagree. Backpage call girls in Houston are constantly offering 80 dollar specials. I would never pay only 150-200 for fs. not knocking you for doing it but damn thats crack hoe prices. I guess it depends on where you live, but I wont pay under 600 for itc, because of vip charges. Also If I go, its going to be an hour not a rushed 30 minute session.
