N.Y. gym teacher accused of watching porn in school

GLEN HEAD, N.Y. — A Long Island gym teacher has been accused of masturbating while watching porn in a locker-room office at the school.

Aaron Kozlowski was arraigned Saturday on four counts of child endangerment. He pleaded not guilty and was freed without bail.

Kozlowski teaches at North Shore Middle School. Newsday reports (http://bit.ly/15bg46v ) that four students said they walked by Kozlowski's office in February and saw him watching porn and masturbating.

The case came to light when one of the students reported it to a guidance counselor. Kozlowski was arrested Friday.

Kozlowski's lawyer, Rick Ostrove, told Newsday that his client is innocent. He said the accusers made up a “preposterous story.”

A lawyer for the family of one of the students said the students have received threatening letters since making the accusation.

And CHILD ENDANGERMENT??? You have to be kidding !!! If it was boys that saw him beating off, they probably did the same thing themselves that night. BFD !!! And if it was girls, they'll be seeing guys' dicks a lot in their lives, get fucking used to it.

If he did it then he should lose his job and never teach again, at the very least. In a middle school locker room? Seriously? The fucktard couldn't even keep it in his pants until he got home? Oh, and to be clear, the accusation was that he was watching gay porn and fondling himself. Would you want a guy who jerks off to gay porn in a middle school locker room supervising your 12 year old boy in the showers?

If he didn't do this, then this will have been a horrible miscarriage of justice. I don't know, but the fact that it took this long to come out makes me question whether this ever really happened.

Time and evidence will tell.

Yeah, maybe you have a point about the gay porn thing...I didn't read that. But still, all he was doing was jacking it. Now if he had tried some of that gay shit on the boys, and touched them or whatever, then yeah, kick his ass out. But I don't know, if he was just beating off in the privacy of his own office, well....

That's a tough call.

But honestly, if it was just a straight male teacher who had been watching a bunch of hot high school girls all day in their short skirts and shit, and he just had to get some relief by beating off, I can't blame the guy. That should be a First Amendment Right.
