I no longer can locate the submit a review tab. All I see is GO VIP tab payment options section. Was hoping for the 4 weeks free.

Ya baby just find the club you want to review and give us that review....you still get 4 weeks free baby doll
From the "Clubs" tab at the top of every screen, go to the particular club you want to review. Click on the club's name itself (not the city it's in). Below the address and contact information is a line that shows the number of reviews already posted. Next to that is "Write a Review." Click on that and submit your review. Looking forward to your review!
Gotta submit a useful review of a club you've been to recently. Put some effort into it and tell us about the club and why we should or shouldn't go there.
Then if the review is approved, you get the 4 free weeks membership.
I just submitted a review and it worked fine.
