From the "Clubs" tab at the top of every screen, go to the particular club you want to review. Click on the club's name itself (not the city it's in). Below the address and contact information is a line that shows the number of reviews already posted. Next to that is "Write a Review." Click on that and submit your review. Looking forward to your review!
Gotta submit a useful review of a club you've been to recently. Put some effort into it and tell us about the club and why we should or shouldn't go there.
