I travel alot and normally just read reviews about the clubs at wherever I'm at.
But I just recently started reading reviews of clubs elsewhere. I have to say that some of them are very different and make for interesting reads. Especially of the ones overseas (I live in the US).
I'm actually surprised that some countries have clubs listed (but maybe I'm just ignorant).

Paying is the only way.
Frankly I believe that paying for membership should be the ONLY way to be a part of TUSCL. It would help weed out some undesired persons who have NO desire for positive contributions.
