The dials can vary speed, stroke length, and temperature and the screen can show 'helpful' videos.
Now the machine costs $2800. Here is the question: if you had one of these in a club or adult video arcade and rented by the minute would it count as prostitution? I am guessing not.

No it wouldn't count as prostitution because a person is not selling their body for sex. It's a machine that is like entertainment.
