Gambling is for rich people with disposable income not for poor hard-working oilmen like me.

I like to gamble for fun, but hardly every win. If I depended on my gambling winnings to support my strip club habit I would end up going about twice a year. Both are hobbies that I try to do in moderation. Both get very expensive in a hurry , if you are not careful. I never take more to a casino/ club than I can afford to lose/ spend.

@Farmerart If you are a POOR hard working oilman, I think that is what I would like to become in my next life.

I do my gambling in the strip clubs. I risk some money in the hope of a big payoff. When you hear someone yell "Jackpot!!" in the club, that's me.

I would rather invest in my Cd accounts and IRA juice but that's just me

You must be lucky. My 30 or 40 dollars I walk away every 6 months wouldn't pay my bar tab.

So no, I am like Earltree, if I am going to drop money down the hole, it will be at the stripclub.

When I'm in Vegas, if I had a good day play poker I spend all my winnings at the strip clubs. If I had a bad day, I would still go. Just to keep myself from losing more.
