  OTC in Detroit is strictly a commercial transaction. Dancers make no effort to even pretend friendship or companionship.

  My current "relationship" involves each of us liking the other. Even though we both have a lot of fun, and she provides more than I ask, I have no illusions about what would happen if the cash flow stopped, though, just as she has none about the reasons I keep the cash flowing. I personally like it that way.

  I got fooled years ago. We did stuff together. Casinos, dinner, movies, shopping at the mall, just hanging out at her home. I thought it might be real. Not "romantic" girlfriend stuff, but I thought at least she liked me. I was wrong. I'm sure it can happen. But be on guard

  It's really very easy to determine if things are real or not. Are you giving her money when you see her OTC? Is taking her shopping or paying her bills a regular part of the routine? Then it's not real.

  I have a close friend who's a stripper in Vegas, we hang out some times with her other stripper friends, mostly after work at a restaurant. I have heard of all the scams they put on the guys. First if they text or call you it doesn't mean anything, it's just keeping in contact with costumers. Second if you do go out ex... shopping, and you pay, she just found a fool and she'll milk you for as long as you keep paying. Remember don't pay and you'll find out real fast if its real.

  Hello everyone. Enjoyed reading the reviews/posts over the years. Two cents to the discussion: Made my share of mistakes but have tried to look at it from stripper's perspective. If I were young and handsome, worked at a club "entertaining" middle-aged or older women of average or below-average looks, and the money was good, would I agree to see these women OTC cause she fell for me but she doesn't want money involved? Highly unlikely. There is no up-shot in doing so. Unless it's true love but that's very rare. So can't blame strippers for feeling the same way. But some strippers are very good at making me forget where they're coming from. Incidentally, there's a documentary a few years back (forgot the title) which interviewed male "entertainers" (bar hosts than hostesses) and their female clients in Japan. Turns out that the female clientele is predominantly prostitutes/strippers/providers. They end up spending their hard-earned dough on these bar hosts. Even though the females are young and attractive, the male hosts spoke disparagingly of the gals who fall for them. And the female clientele, being providers, know what the deal is but still fall for them. Go figure.

  I think those “in the know” really know how most dancers operate. When I lived in Dallas and visited Baby Dolls on a regular basis, I once had a conversation with a Baby Dolls security guard outside the club. This gentlemen was in his early 50s and he was explaining to be how disgusted he got when he heard the dancers talking about taking guys $$$ by talking shit to them and then saying (the dancers) how they were going to buy this and that for their BF w/ the $$$ they got/scammed. The security guard was mentioning how he specifically saw many a middle-aged man whom may have perhaps been recently divorced be fooled by 20-something dancers whom pretended they really liked them and subsequently milked them out of serious dough.

  I don't understand the OP's post. If he is paying them neither ITC nor OTC but he is fucking them nevertheless, than, yeah, duh, pretty good sign they acutally like you. I don't think you would be needing to ask the question if that were the case though, so there is probably some money involved somewhere, in which case the others are right. No she doesn't "really" like you. If she did she won't expect you to pay. Again, duh!

  Just as a side note, I know some strippers will go out with you, and even fuck you for free initially, and then ask you to come to the club, or give them a loan, which you will never see the money again. That's where the rubber meets the road. Ahhh strippers! They can be the best or worst, but guaranteed short term relationship you will ever have!
